Exchange and return policy: First: The store has the right to update the exchange or return policy at any time without prior notice. Second: Goods can be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase. Goods must be in their original condition and all accessories or gifts, including price tags and any other free items offered, must be included. Purchased goods can only be exchanged or returned during the special offers period if there is a manufacturing defect. Returns are allowed within 3 days — if the entire order is returned for a clear and acceptable reason, the customer bears only the return cost of 46 SAR, excluding initial shipping fees. If there is no clear reason from the customer or a defect in the product, we cannot accept the full order return. In case of partial return of 50% or less, the customer bears only the return cost of 25 SAR plus the initial shipping fees. Exchange is permitted within 7 days — with the customer bearing the shipping and return cost of 46 SAR. The product can only be exchanged once. The following cannot be returned or exchanged: - For customer safety, unions cannot be returned or exchanged. - Products that have been altered or damaged. - Goods that are not in their original condition. - Products whose sizes have been modified by the customer or upon customer request are not eligible for return or exchange. - Abayas or any other product that has been altered in size or modified or added to by the customer. - Discounted products or those on sale or with offers are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchange and return procedures: Before submitting an exchange or return request, please send a brief comment about the reasons for the request and photos proving a manufacturing defect. A copy of the return invoice will be sent to the customer, and they will be asked to deliver the goods along with the packages to the shipping company. A notification will be sent to the customer once the goods are received in our warehouses.
